Pricing
Straight pricing. No discovery-call runaround.
You shouldn't have to sit through a sales call to find out what marketing costs. Here are the three packages, what's included in each, and what's separate. The only thing we need to work out together is which level fits your company.

Scaling Your Advertising? We've Got You Covered.
Your base management fee covers a substantial amount of advertising spend, and pricing scales predictably as your advertising grows.
1 Paid Channel
Up to $20K/month
managed ad spend included
2 Paid Channels
Up to $30K/month combined
managed ad spend included
Above the Threshold
10%
management fee only on the amount above the applicable threshold
Example: If you're on a one-channel plan and spend $25K, the additional management fee is $500 — not $2,500.
Advertising spend is separate and paid directly by the client. Standard management-fee caps apply. Multi-location, multi-market, multi-account, unusually complex, or enterprise engagements may require custom pricing.
Want to add another acquisition channel?
Start with the channel that makes the most sense — Google Ads or Meta Ads — and add the second when you're ready. It's managed as part of the same system, with the same tracking and reporting behind it.
- Full management of a second ad platform
- Google Ads and Meta Ads together, tracked as one system
- Includes up to $30,000/month in combined managed ad spend
- Same call tracking and lead attribution
- Included in your monthly reporting
10% management fee applies only to combined ad spend above $30K/month. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly by the client. Available on Lead Generation and Growth System — Market Domination already includes every channel, so the add-on doesn't apply there.

Which one is right for you?
It comes down to where your biggest gap is right now. Most plumbing companies move up a level as the systems prove themselves.
Lead Generation
If you need more opportunities coming in
You have capacity to handle more work and your phone handling is reasonable, but not enough leads are reaching you. Start here and prove out a single paid channel before adding complexity.
Growth System
If you're losing leads after they arrive
Leads come in, but calls get missed, follow-up is inconsistent, and quotes go cold. This is the most common starting point — the conversion layer usually has more upside than more lead volume.
Market Domination
If you're an established multi-truck operation
You want to own your market across search, Maps, and paid simultaneously, with the full conversion infrastructure behind it. Suited to companies with the capacity and budget to compete seriously.
A few things worth knowing.
We'd rather be upfront about the terms than have them surprise you later.
Month to month
No long-term contract. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you into it.
You own everything
Ad accounts, tracking numbers, CRM data, and the website stay yours. If you leave, they go with you — no hostage-taking.
Setup covers real work
The one-time setup covers account structure, tracking implementation, CRM configuration, and the systems that make the monthly fee productive. It isn't an onboarding fee.
Spend goes direct
You pay Google and Meta directly. We never mark up your ad spend or take a percentage of it.
How much does marketing for a plumbing company cost?
Management fees typically run between $2,000 and $8,000 per month depending on how many channels and systems you need, plus advertising spend paid directly to Google and Meta. The more useful question is what a booked job is worth to you. If your average ticket is $800 and you close half the jobs you quote, a lead is worth roughly $400 — which tells you exactly how much you can afford to pay per lead before the math stops working. We build the budget from your numbers, not from a template.
How much should plumbers spend on Google Ads?
Start from what a booked job is worth, not from a percentage of revenue. Multiply your average ticket by your close rate to get your average job value per lead, then decide what share of that you're willing to pay to acquire one. A campaign in a single metro with a tight service radius can start modestly; the budget scales as you confirm the cost per booked job holds. The mistake is setting a budget first and reverse-engineering expectations from it.
Not sure which package fits?
That's what the strategy call is for. We'll look at your current setup and recommend the level that makes sense — including telling you if you don't need the top one.
No obligation. We'll tell you what we'd do first — even if you don't hire us.
