Modern PPC, LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective October 28, 2026
Modern PPC, LLC operates this website. This policy explains how we handle information collected through the site and its consulting inquiry form.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, work email, phone number, company website, monthly advertising spend range, and selected services. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, or advertising account credentials.
Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, request time, and pages requested to deliver and protect the website.
With an inquiry, we also collect campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, term, content, and ID), the landing-page path, and referring-site origin when available. Campaign context is retained in this tab for up to 30 minutes. Inquiry details may be copied to our private Google Sheets lead tracker for follow-up.
How we use information
We use inquiry details to assess potential fit, reply to you, discuss consulting services, and maintain records of our communications. We use technical information to operate the site, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Scheduling a call
After a successful inquiry, we keep your submitted details in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes to prefill our Calendly booking form. Name, email, phone, website, service interests, and budget context are passed to Calendly for scheduling. The browser copy is cleared after booking or expires on the next check; closing the tab clears session storage. Calendly processes scheduling information under its own privacy policy.
Service providers and sharing
ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and database infrastructure. Inquiry records are stored in the website’s database. These providers process information as needed to operate and secure their services. When you communicate with us by email, our email service providers also process that correspondence.
We do not sell inquiry form submissions for money. When advertising tools are connected and you allow them, device and browsing data may be disclosed to advertising platforms for measurement and personalized advertising. This can constitute sharing or a sale under some state privacy laws, even when no money changes hands. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We plan to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Microsoft Universal Event Tracking (UET), Meta Pixel, and AppLovin. When connected, GA4 is used to understand website visits and interactions. The advertising tools are used to measure ad performance and conversions, create remarketing audiences, and deliver personalized ads.
Depending on the tool and its configuration, these providers may receive cookie or device identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and events such as an inquiry submission. Providers may combine this information with information from their own services or other websites. Do not include sensitive personal information in the inquiry form.
Optional analytics and advertising tools remain off until you allow their category. Account IDs have not yet been connected in this preview, so no third-party analytics or advertising tags currently load. We will update this policy as the configuration changes.
Cookie choices and opt-outs
Use the cookie banner to accept optional cookies, reject them, or manage analytics and advertising separately. You can reopen in the footer at any time to change or withdraw permission. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent use of the inquiry form.
Your choices are stored in this browser for up to 180 days. They apply to this browser and device; clearing browser storage or using another browser may require you to choose again. Withdrawing permission stops future optional tracking on this site; it does not automatically erase information already received by providers. Contact us about deletion requests.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) by disabling advertising tracking when your browser sends that signal, regardless of an earlier advertising preference. Legacy Do Not Track signals do not change the site’s behavior; use Privacy Choices or GPC instead.
Essential hosting, security, and sign-in technologies remain active. While this preview is private, ChatGPT handles sign-in under its own privacy practices. Hosting and sign-in providers may process information needed to deliver and secure their services.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or ongoing business relationship, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion using the email below. Information that must be retained for legal reasons may be excluded from deletion.
We use the hosting platform’s access controls and security features to protect stored inquiries. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit the form. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, email austin@modernppc.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your request. Privacy rights available to you depend on applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
